Brian Moller is a corporate partner in the Brisbane-based law firm Hopgood Ganim Lawyers, the Australian solicitors to the Company. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and has been a partner at Hopgood Ganim since 1983. He practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. Brian Moller holds an LLB Hons from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association. Brian Moller acts for many publicly-listed resource and industrial companies and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the board, particularly in the corporate regulatory |
and governance areas. He is a non-executive director of D'Aguilar Gold Ltd and Platina Resources Ltd, both ASX-listed companies. Mr Moller is also a non-executive director of TSX-V listed WCB Capital Ltd.
Mr Moller is a member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee and is the Chair of the Audit Committee and the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Committee.
